What is Water Leak?
A water leak is any unintended escape from the hydraulic circuit. They can be visible (a faucet dripping), hidden (moisture on a wall with no apparent cause), or silent (skyrocketing water bill without knowing why).

Hidden leaks are the worst: they can ruin walls for months before showing up. Detection with a thermal camera or tracer gas: €180-300.
